TCA cross

(Targeted Chemical Reconstruction of Skin Scars)

TCA CROSS is a specialised medical skin resurfacing technique designed to improve indented acne scars and large pores with precision and safety. Unlike traditional full-face peels, TCA CROSS targets individual scar depressions using a high-strength Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) solution applied directly into the base of each scar.

The treatment
  • Stimulates natural collagen production in the scar base
  • Encourages gradual elevation and softening of deep acne scars
  • Improves skin texture and appearance over multiple sessions
  • Ideal for scars that do not respond well to other treatments
The Procedure
Using a fine applicator, concentrated TCA is placed precisely into each scar. This causes a controlled micro-injury that triggers the skin’s repair mechanisms, leading to new collagen formation and smoothing of scar contours. Most clients benefit from 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with ongoing improvement seen over time.
