Weight-loss medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, and similar treatments can lead
to rapid fat loss. While this is often beneficial for overall health, some patients notice
changes in facial volume, skin laxity, and a more tired or hollow appearance —
commonly referred to as “Ozempic face.”
